C95400 Aluminum Bronze is the most popular, all purpose aluminum bronze alloy. It provides high yield and tensile strength, good ductility, weldability and exceptional resistance to wear, fatigue and deformation under shock or overload. (read more)
Aluminum is one of the few metals that can be cast by all of the processes used in casting metals. These processes, in decreasing order of amount of aluminum casting, are: die casting, permanent mold casting, sand casting (green sand and dry sand), plaster casting, investment casting, and continuous casting. (read more)
Most die castings are made from non-ferrous metals, specifically zinc, copper, aluminium, magnesium, lead, and tin based alloys, although ferrous metal die castings are possible. The die casting method is especially suited for applications where a large quantity of small to medium sized parts are needed with good detail, a fine surface quality and dimensional consistency. (read more)
For industrial casting of small parts using poured hot metal, a disk shaped mold is contained within a rotating drum, and molten metal is poured into the center.
Specializing in Fitness Industry Products.
This closed-die forging process allows the work metal to be deformed at unusually high velocities and applied to all forgeable metals, ferrous and non-ferrous. (read more)
Much of the annual production of ductile iron is in the form of ductile cast iron pipe, used for water and sewer lines. Ductile iron is specifically useful in many automotive components, where strength needs surpass that of aluminum but do not necessarily require steel. Other applications include off-highway diesel trucks, class 8 trucks, agricultural tractors, and oil well pumps. (read more)
Sand casting is a process of mixing sand with clay or a chemical binder such as motor oil. Sand casting allows most metals to be casted and smaller batches to be made at a reasonable cost. The sand can be recycled many times in most operations. (read more)
Our extensive product line includes maintenance hole frames and covers, drainage grates, curb inlets, catch basins, utility castings, trench grates, tree grates, airport and port authority maintenance holes, monument boxes, meter boxes and valve boxes. (read more)
In permanent mold casting, metal is used as the mold material instead of sand. Typically cast iron, steel, bronze, graphite, or other metal alloys are treated and formed into two halves of the mold. Some of the products made using permanent mold casting process are housings, junction boxes, impellers, valve bodies, flanges, manifolds, actuator bodies, compressor parts, electrical fittings. (read more)
One of the most exciting modern applications of spin casting technology is its use in rapid prototyping and product development. It is ideal for quickly and economically producing numerous fully functional, fragile parts in high-strength metal or plastic from computer-generated RP models. (read more)
