Electron Beam Engineering has added a Low Frequency Beam Pulser to its Beamer Series line of EB Welders. The Low Frequency Pulser will modulate the electron beam during welding. By varing the pulse height, width, and frequency the total heat input to the part being welded can be dramatically reduced compared to welding with a continuous beam. (read more)
The advantage of Electron Beam Welding compared to Laser Welding is superior quality of welds with no oxidization. (read more)
Miyachi Unitek is pleased to announce the release of the NEW LW5AG 5W Green Laser Welder which offers increased weld speed (2.5x), penetration (~30%) and integration flexibility (2 energy- or time-share outputs) over the 2W model. (read more)
Joining Technologies performs ultra-high precision welding for demanding applications using the most modern laser equipment available today. Our experienced laser welding engineers have the knowledge and skills to create the most critical surgical instruments, sensor assemblies and other precision devices. (read more)
Welding aluminum isn't difficult, it's just different. Different from welding steel that is. In fact, the unique combination of light weight and relatively high strength makes aluminum the second most popular metal welded today. (read more)
