Tube End Forming...
Tube end forming includes expanding, flaring, beading and flanging. Tubing is clamped in a set of holding dies while a forming die is advanced into the end of the tube. Glyne has 4 different end formers which can handle tubing from 1/16" diameter up to 4.0" in diameter. (read more)

Model M94-H-6-G End Forming / Grooving Machine
The Manchester model M94-H-6-G is a hydraulically-operated combination tube end forming and grooving machine. The machine includes a single stationary clamp for holding the tube, as well as a transfer mounted Manchester six stroke end forming ram and a model 24008 tube grooving head. (read more)
Model M71-H-6 End Forming Machine
The Manchester model M71-H-6 is a hydraulically operated machine that uses a programmable six position rotary tool holder. The machine is easily programmed to make one through six strokes and a simple adjustment determines the length of the stroke. The rotary tool holder allows for the use of larger spring loaded punches required for many of today's end form requirements. (read more)
